Do you facilitate online purchasing?

  • Yes, we do. But this is allowed only for clothing store. In order to receive other services drop into our shop or contact us using the contact us details.

What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

  • Please choose carefully as Amari Fashions does not provide a refund on change of mind purchases
  • If you have changed your mind however we will happily proved an exchange within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
  • If your item is faulty we will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act to prove a remedy.

Do you ship to worldwide?

  • Yes, we do. For the moment our online facility restricted to ship within New Zealand. But you can still order by contacting our Customer Support or Hotline. For international orders please call on +64 275654810 or email us at sales@amarifashions.co.nz.

You have free delivery within New Zealand. Are there any additional charges for rural areas in New Zealand?

  • Yes. We charge only $4 for rural areas.

Do you accept bulk orders?

  • Yes, we do. Please contact our Customer Support through Hotline or email us.

Do you accept returns?

  • Yes. We accept returns. But no money back guarantee. We will give you a one to one replacement only for faulty items. Buyers pay return shipping.

What are the payment methods you accept?

What are the services that you provide regarding clothing?

  • We provide services such as dress making, clothing alterations and tailoring.

I want to know about men’s and ladies’ clothes tailoring.

  • We do Mens’ and ladies’s clothes tailoring which is been made to measure. This will costs around 40 NZD/per hour. Charges will change based on the style as well.
  • Also we do Men’s suite tailoring which is been made to measure and the charges will start from 480NZD onwards.

Do you welcome tailoring quotations?

  • Yes, we do.

Do you carry out invisible mending?

  • Yes, we do. Invisible mending starts from 10 NZD onwards.

Do you sell sewing machines?

  • Yes, we do. We also conduct repairs. Sewing machines are available both domestic and industrial types. All types of sewing machines, accessories and machine parts are available irrespective of being old or new.

Do you accept old sewing machines as trading?

  • Yes, we do. We can buy your old sewing machine. Trading welcome.

Do you perform leather alterations?

  • Yes, we do.

Do you create curtains and leather clothing alterations?

  • Yes, we do.
